Prices vary greatly and are dependent on the size, location and condition of the barn as well as the process to transport it. Our quoted price typically will include: the frame all tagged, a set of blueprints for reconstruction and the frame loaded on the customer's trailer.

Manitowaco Barns (two separate structures built together - to be sold separately)

Manitowaco Barn 1: The Manitowaco barn #1 is a 36 x 52 hand hewn Pine Barn Frame with 10 x 12 and 12 x 14 timbers - ONE OF A KIND! It has 3 bays - 20', 19' and 19' 14". The sidewalls are 15' 2". It is 28 feet from the floor to the peak.

Manitowaco Barn 2 - The Manitowaco barn #2 is a 36 x 54 hand hewn Pine Barn Frame with 10 x 12 and 12 x 12 timbers. It has 16 foot sidewalls and 3 bays - 20, 14 and 20 feet and is 33 feet from the floor to the peak.

Both barns are in very good condition.

Benson Barn - The Benson Bar is a 32 x 56 hand hewn pine barn frame wtih 10 x 10 and 10 x 12 timbers. It has 3 bays: 20', 14' 14" and 20'. It is 26' 13" from the floor to peak of the roof. The sidewalls are 14' 2". This barn is also in very good condition.

Carson Barn - The Carson barn is a 30 x 48 rough sawn Pine Barn Frame with 6 x 8 timbers. It has 4 bays - 12, 12, 12 and 12 feet. The sidewalls are 15' 4". The top of the tie beam is 13' 4". From the floor to the peak is 25 ft. The rafters are 28 ft long 2 x 4s. The barn is in excellent shape.

New Vienna Barn - The New Vienna barn is a 34 x 59 rough sawn Pine Barn Frame with 8 x 8 timbers. It has 4 bays - 14, 12, 15 and 10 feet. The sidewalls are 16' 8" and from the floor to the peak is 29 ft. Rafters are 21 ft long 2 x 6s.

Petersburg Barn - The Petersburg Barn is a 38 x 51 rough sawn Pine Barn with 8 x 8 timbers and is in great shape. It has 4 bays - 13, 13, 11' 4" and 9' 4". The sidewalls are 16' 5" and it has 26 ft long 2 x 6 rafters. From the floor to the peak is 28ft. This barn is in very good condition.

Manchester Barn - The Manchester Barn is a 40 x 100 rough sawn Pine Barn Frame with 8 x 8 and 8 x 10 timbers. It has 19 ft. sidewalls and 2 x 6 rafters -- 24 ft. long -- 1 piece. It has 6 bays and 17 ft. between the bays. From the floor to the peak is 35 ft. This barn is in excellent condition with minor repair work. Will consider separating this barn into 2 separate barns.

Ossian, Iowa Barn - The Ossian barn is a 32x42 Rough Sawn Pine Barn. It has 8 x 8 timbers and 3 bays -- 13', 13' and 13'. The floor to the peak is 20' 6" and the walls are 14' high. It has 2 x 4 rafters and is in very good condition.

Frankville, Iowa Barn SOLD
The Frankville, Iowa barn is a 60 x 30 rough sawn Pine barn frame. It has 8 x 8 Timbers with 34 ft. Tie beams. It has 4 Bays and 14ft. Sidewalls. It�s 33ft. from the floor to the peak and it has a Gambrel style roof.

Fayette Barn SOLD
The Fayette, Iowa barn is a 36 x 76 rough sawn Pine barn frame. It has 8 x 8 timbers with tie beams running 34ft. across without a splice --- 1 piece. It has 2 x 6 rafters going 22ft. without a splice. It has 5 bays equaling 14' 8", 14' 6", 14' 6", 13', and 14' 10", and it is 24ft. from the floor to the peak of the roof. It has 12�3� sidewalls. From the floor to the top of the tie beam is 10�4�. This barn is in excellent condition . If someone is interested in this barn, I will also sell this barn as a 36' x 56' with one bent taken out; or as a 36' x 43' with 2 bents taken out.
